Callout IT Engineers

Unfortunately, there will be times when your IT system has developed a fault and it cannot be fixed remotely.  On these occasions, we will be able to send out an IT engineer to your premises.

Associated Technology Solutions’ IT engineers come from a wide range of backgrounds ensuring that our customers have an expert level of service, whatever their IT callout need.  We offer a range of response levels from a basic 24 hour callout to critical response times of 4 and 8 hours, or at a time to suit you.

Onsite Support

If your systems issue cannot be dealt with by our IT support technicians over the phone or by remote support, one of our engineers can attend your premises to resolve your issues.  Our IT engineers will also deliver and install new equipment, carry out any repairs on existing equipment and complete any scheduled maintenance tasks and check hardware.  We can also help to move equipment to a new position in your office and assist with office relocations.

All engineers carry a selection of spare and new parts as well as test equipment to diagnose faults on site.  We also carry replacement systems so that if the repair cannot be carried out on site, you will not be without a machine whilst yours is being fixed.
